When you buy from Alt eSIM, you get access to Etisalat's network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other listed destinations. Our eSIM is not Etisalat's own product, but it roams onto their network seamlessly. You don't get Etisalat's physical SIM or their direct plans. Instead, you receive a digital eSIM that you can easily install on your device. For example, if you're traveling to the UAE for a week, you can activate our eSIM and connect to Etisalat's network without any hassle. However, remember that we are not affiliated with Etisalat, so support and customer service will come from us, not them.

Applicable Destinations

Our eSIM with Etisalat network access is available in several key regions. These include the United Arab Emirates (阿聯酋), Saudi Arabia (沙特阿拉伯), and a multi-country option covering the Middle East & North Africa (中東北非多國). Additionally, we offer a combined plan for Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE (科威特+沙特+阿聯酋). This means if you're traveling to any of these areas, you can rely on our eSIM for connectivity. For instance, if your trip includes both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, you can use the same eSIM for both countries without any issues. However, our eSIM will not work in destinations outside these regions.

Choosing the Right Plan Shape

When selecting a plan, you have two main options: daily plans and total data plans. Daily plans start from US$2.28 per day and offer daily allowances of 1GB, 2GB, or 3GB. This is ideal for travelers who need consistent connectivity throughout their trip. On the other hand, total data plans offer a set amount of data, such as 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, and so on, up to 30GB, without a daily limit. This is suitable for those who want more flexibility in how they use their data. For example, if you're on a short trip and need a lot of data for a few days, a total data plan might be the better choice. However, if you're traveling for a longer period and need daily connectivity, a daily plan would be more appropriate.

Getting Connected

Connecting with our eSIM is straightforward. After purchasing, you will receive a QR code that you can scan with your device's camera. This will install the eSIM profile on your device. Once installed, you can activate it and connect to the Etisalat network. For example, if you're at the airport in Dubai, you can quickly scan the QR code and connect to the network before you even leave the airport. It's important to note that your device must be eSIM compatible and unlocked to use our eSIM. If you're unsure whether your device supports eSIM, you can check with the manufacturer or your carrier.

What Happens When the Allowance Runs Out

Once your data allowance is used up, your connection speed will drop to 128 kbps. This speed is still usable for basic tasks such as browsing, email, and messaging, but it may not be sufficient for high-bandwidth activities like video streaming or large downloads. For example, if you're in Saudi Arabia and have used up your daily 2GB, you can still check your emails and send messages, but streaming a movie might be challenging. If you need more data, you can purchase an additional plan. However, it's always a good idea to monitor your usage to avoid running out of data at an inconvenient time.
