Important Refund Rules

Once an eSIM is installed (QR code scanned and profile downloaded), it cannot be refunded.
✓
Uninstalled eSIMs can receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Eligible for Refund
- ✓eSIMs purchased within 7 days that have not been installed (QR code not scanned) are eligible for a full refund
- ✓Duplicate orders caused by system errors
- ✓eSIM cannot be installed on your device (confirmed by our technical team as compatible but still failing to install)
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗eSIM has been installed (QR code scanned and profile successfully downloaded)
- ✗eSIM purchased more than 7 days ago and not yet installed
- ✗User's device does not support eSIM (compatibility should be verified before purchase)
- ✗eSIM rendered unusable due to user error (e.g., accidentally deleting an installed eSIM)
- ✗Connectivity issues due to poor network conditions at the destination (not an eSIM issue)
- ✗Data allowance has been fully consumed
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email ([email protected])
- Provide your order number and the email address used for purchase
- State the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your refund request within 1-2 business days
- Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method
Refund Processing Time
- •Review time: 1-2 business days
- •Refund arrival: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card company)
- •Refund method: returned to the original payment method used for purchase
