However, it’s important to note that we are not T-Mobile and do not sell their products directly. Instead, our eSIM roams onto their network in these regions. You will not receive any T-Mobile branded services or support, as we operate independently. For instance, if you are traveling to the USA for a 10-day trip, you can use our eSIM to connect to T-Mobile's network. But remember, we do not provide T-Mobile's own plans or contracts. Our service is a travel eSIM that uses their network.
Applicable Destinations
Our T-Mobile eSIM is available for use in the USA, USA + Canada + Mexico, and USA + Canada. These destinations cover a wide range of travel options, from a simple trip to the USA to a more extensive North American adventure. For example, if you are visiting the USA and Canada for a week, you can use our eSIM to stay connected. The Chinese names for these destinations are 美國, 美國+加拿大+墨西哥, and 美國+加拿大. This ensures that travelers from Hong Kong and other regions can easily identify the coverage areas. However, our eSIM does not cover any other countries or regions outside of these specified destinations.
Choosing the Right Plan Shape
When selecting a plan, you have two options: daily plans or total data tiers. Daily plans are perfect for short trips, offering flexibility and cost-effectiveness. For example, if you are traveling for 5 days, a daily plan might be the best choice. On the other hand, total data tiers are ideal for longer trips where you need a consistent data allowance. Our cheapest plan across all destinations is US$4.65, and daily plans work out from US$1.76 per day. This allows you to choose a plan that fits your travel needs and budget. However, remember that once you select a plan, you cannot change it during your trip.

Connecting with our T-Mobile eSIM is straightforward. Once you receive the eSIM, you can easily install it on your device. After installation, you can activate the plan and connect to the network. However, for activities like streaming videos or downloading large files, the reduced speed might be a limitation. It is important to monitor your data usage to avoid unexpected slowdowns.
